Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu during his two-day visit to Gujarat today inaugurated the annual winter festival Rann Utsav-2019 at Dhrdo village near Bhuj amidst the vast stretches of white sand in the Rann of Kutch.
He was welcomed at Dhordo by Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, Tourism Minister Jawahar Chavda and Minister of State for Tourism Vasanbhai Ahir and a number of leaders and senior officers.
