Gujarat Govt Adopt Redevelopment Policy For Affordable Housing Policy

After a long time gujarat government is all set to announced redevelopment policy to initiate affordable housing colonies. This is confirmed by the senior official today in morning. Government is planning to build 1 lakh affordable houses in the cities like rajkot, vadodara, ahmedabad and of course surat. this is said by Mona Khandhar secretary of Urban Development and Urban Housing.

According to Mona Khandhar, This redevelopment policy is ready and will be announced  in a very short time. She added that we are prepare final policy draft and I have to say that this is the first time in gujarat announced the redevelopment policy.

Gujarat CM Lay Foundation Stone of Development Works

As well know that under the leadership of Smt, Anandiben Patel, There are so many developments work are done. Might be this is because of She believes in “Sauno Saath, Sauno Vikas”. 

Gujarat chief minister shri Anandiben Patel dedicated and laid foundation stone of various developments works. These development works are worth 20 crore rupees and works are started in vatva constituency. 

Gujarat CM dedicated all the development works in vatva, including the vanch village. Vanch village is adopted by the Gujarat’s law minister shri Pradipsinh Jadeja. All these development works are implemented by urban develoment Authority, WASMO and District Gram panchayat. 

On the occasion, Chief minister shri Anandiben Patel is also launched the fever 104 helpline.
