22nd Cultural Forest Vateshwar-Van

On the occasion of 73^rd Van Mahotsav Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated ‘Cultural Forest- Vateshwar Van’ at Surendranagar. On this occasion Chief Minister said that because of the farsighted vision and planning of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Gujarat has become then growth engine of the country. The state government is constantly striving to carry forward the journey of development in a more better and faster way which was started by the Prime Minister.

Chief Minister further said that, Because of Van Mahotsav the forest area has increased in the last two decades. There were 25.10 crore trees outside forest area which has now increased to 39.57 crore trees. Thus an increase of 54% has been seen.

Drone Promotion and Usage Policy

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel has announced Gujarat’s ambitious ‘The Drone Promotion and Usage’ policy for this purpose.

Under the leadership and guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government is committed to make the ‘Ease of Living’ easier by reaching the maximum benefit of technological progress in this decade of technology. Along with making such services more accessible to the public, the state government has also announced the approach of creating new opportunities for job creation through the drone ecosystem in this ‘Drone Promotion and Uses Policy’.

CM participates in Tiranga Yatra

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated developmental works of Rs.  187 crore in Ahmedabad city and dedicated it to the citizens.

On this occasion Chief Minister said that, under the leadership of Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi we have adopted such type of culture that laying of foundation stone as well as inaugurating of developmental works is done by us only.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat has undertaken comprehensive development in the last two decades, the number of MSMEs in the state was 2.74 lakh two decades agao which has now increased to 8.66 lakh.

1.27 lakh crore was the industrial production in the state 20 years back, which has now reached to 16.19 lakh crore.

સમગ્ર વિશ્વમાં સૌપ્રથમ વખત ડ્રોન ટેકનોલોજી દ્વારા ખેતરમાં નેનો યુરિયાના છંટકાવનો ગુજરાતમાં ગાંધીનગર જિલ્લાના ઇસનપુર મોટા ગામથી શુભારંભ થયો છે. મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલે ડ્રોનમાં નેનો યુરિયા ભરીને, ડ્રોન ઓપરેટ કરીને રાજ્ય સરકારની આ ઐતિહાસિક પહેલનો શુભારંભ કરાવ્યો હતો. તેમણે આ પ્રસંગે કહ્યું હતું કે, પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્રભાઈ મોદી ખેડૂતોની આવક બમણી કરવા સતત પ્રયત્નશીલ છે. ખર્ચ ઘટે અને ઉત્પાદકતા વધે એવા પ્રયત્નો કરાઈ રહ્યા છે ત્યારે ગુજરાતમાં આધુનિક ટેકનોલોજીના ઉપયોગ દ્વારા અમે એ દિશામાં મહત્વનું પગલું ભર્યું છે.

કૃષિ વિમાન-કિસાનનું વિમાન એટલે ડ્રોન. એવી ઓળખ આપીને ડ્રોન ટેકનોલોજી દ્વારા ખેતરમાં નેનો યુરિયાના છંટકાવની સો ટકા રાજ્ય પુરસ્કૃત યોજનાનો શુભારંભ કરાવતા મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી ભૂપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સમગ્ર દેશ આઝાદીનો અમૃત મહોત્સવ ઉજવી રહ્યો છે ત્યારે વર્તમાન સમયમાં હવે કોઈએ દેશ માટે મરી ફીટવાની જરૂર નથી હવે સૌએ દેશનું ગૌરવ વધે એ રીતે જીવન જીવવાની જરૂર છે.

CM inaugurates Nari Vandan Utsav

Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the state level celebration of ‘World Breastfeeding Week’ and ‘Nari Vandan Utsav’ from Ahmedabad. Various days will be celebrated throughout the state from August 1 to 7. Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel said that an educated and empowered woman is the foundation of a developed nation.

A competent woman provides strength to the family and others in the society. He added that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has always shown a pioneering approach to women empowerment. ‘Saksham Naari, Sashakt Gujarat’ (Empowered Women, Empowered Gujarat) is the government’s motto.
