Gujarat to set up 16 new GIDC, Women GIDC, Coastal Economic Zone: CM VIJAYBHAI RUPANI



Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani today called on to fulfil the pledge to create Increadible India through Make in India.
Speaking at a function organised to warm welcome the listing of shares of MacPower CNC Machines Limited at the NSC, the Chief Minister said that CNC machines are providing employment to 50,000 Gujarati people. In Gujarat, only Jyoti CNC and Make Power CNC are making machines, which is definitely a proud for smaller city like Rajkot.
Through Vibrant Gujarat series 260 listed shares of the NSC have become the best investment destinations for the foreigners in last four years, he said and added that Gujarat has become number one in FDI and production. Beside these, with 200,000 MSMI units Gujarat has become number one.

રાજ્ય સરકારનું વર્તમાન બજેટ સંતુલિત છે - વિકાસ માટે વધુ પૈસા ફાળવે છે તે દર્શાવે છે કે સરકારે નાણાકીય શિસ્ત જાળવી રાખી છે: CM

રાજ્યના સર્વકુશળ વિકાસની કથામાં સંતુલિત બોલતા અને નવું જીવન ઉમેરશે, ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી વિજય રૂપાણીએ ઉપરાજ્ય પ્રધાન અને નાણાં પ્રધાન શ્રી નિતિનભાઈ પટેલ દ્વારા રાજ્ય વિધાનસભામાં આજે રજૂ કરેલા 2017-18 ના બજેટનું સ્વાગત કર્યું.

મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી રૂપાણીએ ઉપાધ્યક્ષ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલા નિર્ણયનું સ્વાગત કર્યું. તમામ વિભાગોમાં વિકાસ માટે વધુ નાણાં ફાળવવા મુખ્યમંત્રીશ્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે શ્રી પટેલે વિકાસની ગતિ જાળવી રાખવા દરેક વિભાગને ખરેખર વિશાળ નાણાં ફાળવ્યા છે. તેમણે આ બજેટમાં છેલ્લા માણસો, ગરીબ, સ્ત્રીઓ, યુવાનો, ખેડૂત, આદિવાસી, માછીમારો વગેરેને નાણાંનો ઉપયોગ કરીને "સામૂહિક પ્રયત્નો, સંકલિત વિકાસ" નો મંત્ર આપ્યો.

Mercy for All Living Beings Is Attitude of Gujarat Government: CM


Gujarat Government is believing in Mercy for all humanity line and under this under the leadership of Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani state government introduce the Karuna Abhiyaan. Karuna Abhiyan is an Animal helpline number with an aim to save lives and provide the medical treatments to birds and animals. Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani paid the courtesy visit to a control room which is set up at Trikon Baug area in Rajkot. 

Gujarat Government set up more than 750 centers for treating the birds and animals. ‘1962 Emergency Service’ or Karuna Abhiyan was also known as a Mercy Mission is similar to the state governments existing campaign 108-Emergency Service. Swachh Gujarat: Government Declares Rural Gujarat Open Defecation Free


Mahatma Gandhiji, Father of the Nation give the mantra “Cleanliness is Godliness”. Mahatma Gandhiji demonstrated and propagated for individual and community cleanliness in his entire life. Government following his footprints and launched the Nirmal Gujarat Abhiyan in the year of 2005. People of Gujarat are also supporting the state government for this good and noticeable initiative. 

Swachh Gujarat campaign is firstly introduced in the year of 2005 and till now cities of Gujarat bagged many awards and added new features in the hat of Gujarat Government. Gujarat stood first in the construction of individual and public toilets. Honourable President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind declared rural Gujarat as an open defecation free Gujarat. State Government launched a rural comprehensive cleanliness program that covers more than 3300 villages’ panchayats. When it comes to Cleanliness, Gujarat is the leading state in the country with maximum cleanliness awards.

As per the report which is presented by the Commissioner and Secretary, Rural Development Department, that more than 32.45 lakh toilets have been constructed in rural households. Surat gets best city bus services national award for attracting 87% of private vehicles, rickshaw users


One more feather has been added into the Gujarat Government’s development hat and good news for the people of Gujarat and Surat. Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs has been chosen Surat Municipal Corporation for the “Best City Bus Services Award”. Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs have chosen Surat for succeeding attracting 87% of the private vehicle owners to use the public transport. 

People of Surat is heavily dependant on private vehicles till Government’s Bus Rapid Transport System and other public transportation were made operational. Currently, in Surat more than 275 buses are in operation in the city on more than 29 routes. Fastest constructed Metro Rail Project of Kochi has been chosen as the ‘Best City in Urban Transport Initiative’ category for its innovative features including implementation in integration with Water Transport. With an aim to promote the best practices in urban transport, Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs announces these awards at annual Urban Mobility India Conference. Read More
