Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani dedicated development works totalling Rs.78.08-crore at Surendranagar, including railway over bridge by Surendranagar-Dudhrej municipality costing Rs.43.48-crore, housing project under RAY costing Rs.27.45-crore and the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Town Hall costing Rs.7.15-crore.
Speaking at a function to mark the digital unveiling of the projects, he said the projects are to provide facilities in habitats, with maximum utilization of minimum resources at Surendranagar-Dudhrej.
He said that works are on to make entire Gujarat free from railway level crossings by building over-bridges or underpasses, where the railway lines are passing through the cities.
