Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel has taken an important decision to provide financial assistance to 156 municipalities for cleaning works post heavy rainfall and flood situation in the state. For this purpose, he has given in-principle approval to allot Rs. 17.10 crore to 156 municipalities of the state.
The Chief Minister has given clear guidelines to the Urban Development and Urban Housing Department in this regard.
This grant will be used to provide facilities in all 156 municipalities of the state on an immediate basis at the primary stage.
