Guj CM launches second phase of 8th Garib Kalyan Mela

To bring the backward people or we can say unprivileged people ahead, Gujarat government organizing the Garib Kalyan Mela every year. In this melas Government provide all the necessary help to poor and needy unprivileged people. Second phase of Garib Kalyan Mela begun across the state and Gujarat chief minister delivered assistance to the people of Una, Gir and somnath. 

On the first day of second phase, Gujarat government provide the assistance to more than 3000 people which brings the employment worth Rs 2.13 crore. During her speech Gujarat chief minister smt Anandiben Patel appreciated Somnath Trust’s work to distribute 50 ton “Chikki” to an anganwadi children. CM also expressed happiness over the success of the camps under which thousands of children, men and women have been extended screening and check-ups free of cost.

Gujarat to be 4th largest state in rooftop solar power projects by 2022: report



As we all know that Gujarat government revised the solar power project policy. Gujarat government increase priority for solar power and If we are believing in the report that Gujarat will become the fourth largest state in India in solar rooftop power generation by 2022. Gujarat secure this position by providing the 3,200 megawatt power. A report about the Indian solar power market is updated by Mercom capital group. 

Gujarat government’s recently revised policy scale up the solar power generation sustainable manner. State government shows some soft nature towards solar power generation which we clearly seen in government’s recently revised solar power project policy. Under the policy, any surplus energy generated and exported after adjustment of the consumption at the end of the billing cycle shall be purchased by the concerned distribution company.

Gujarat government is increasing support to solar power sector. Let’s see where this update policy brings Gujarat.

Guj CM dedicates 150-bed general hospital & initiates entry of Van Bandhus of revenue villages in 7/12 record


Gujarat is moving forward and keep doing more and more development around the state. This development works speaks the success ratio of Gujarat Model and this ratio is increase day by day in heart of people. Gujarat chief minister smt Anandiben Patel inaugurated the 150 bed hospital which is having the modern equipment and facilities. Gujarat CM also says that Gujarat government keep up the faith of people which they shown in us and elected the BJP as a ruling party. 

Newly built hospital have all the modern equipment and this hospital cost of this hospital is Rs 10 crore rupees. Smt Anandiben Patel also said that state government provide a special market to sale Butea Frondosa power in Ahmadabad to protect from heat in summer days. Moreover she also express her happiness towards all those 35 lakh people who get benefit of Mukhmantri Amrutam Yojana and treated about 500 diseases without paying any cost.

Guj CM Interacts with Women Achievers and launches TV Talk Show in Noida


Gujarat chief minister shri Anandiben Patel always facilitating the women and makes new schemes and initiatives which is helping women to become independent. Gujarat CM Smt Anandiben patel joined the launch of talk shows by a private news channel in noida. Title of talk shows is “Abke Baras Mohe Bitiya hi Dijo”. 

In the event CM smt Anandiben Patel interacting with women achievers across the country. In her conversation she said that gujarat government recently approved Gujarat’s first of it's kind women-only enterprenuer park. She also said that gujarat is the first state who is introduced “Gender Budget” when there are too many schemes avail for women empowerment. 

Gujarat government provides 300 plots to women in subsidized amount with purpose to create women entrepreneur park.  CM of Gujarat Smt Anandiben Patel said that Gujarat Government is committed in empowering more and more women by motivating them to form Sakhi Mandals. It is gujarat government who granted the 33% reservation of women in police. recruitment.

Gujarat CM Launch 8th Edition of Statewide Garib Kalyan Mela


Gujarat government is all set to decrease the poverty by launching new state government initiatives and make them easily available for the common people. State government is celebrating Garib Kalyan Melas across the state in which more than 12 lakh people gets the benefits of different government initiatives. 

This is the 8th Edition of Garib Kalyan Mela and Gujarat chief minister shri Anandiben Patel handover assistance worth  Rs 4.10 crores through 11,000 Garib Kalyan Melas. During her speech smt Anandiben Patel said that Gujarat Government is dedicated to its people in ensuring last mile delivery of various pro-people initiatives.

Gujarat Govt Announce Policy for Eco-Friendly Idols used during Festivals


Gujarat government is thinking from all the sides and making every edge of Gujarat Gatisheel. Gujarat government announced policy for eco-friendly idols which are used during the festivals. Government taking this decision because normally plaster of paris idols not just harm the environment and river plants are also not grow. 

Government starting this pilot project for Ahmedabad, Surat and Vadodara and around 1000 idols workers gets training under this project. For those who are ready to make clay idols, instead plaster of Paris to whom Government also provide tool kits, training and other stuff on reasonable prices. 

Government arranged a sales fair for clay idols in Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara and also provide a stall free of cost to workers. Government’s this decision will surely bring new era in idols manufacturing sector in Gujarat.

Guj CM Anandiben Patel Extends Financial Assistance to Underprivileged Women


Government of Gujarat is supporting women empowerment and sustainable works towards it. Gujarat chief minister smt Anandiben Patel put women empowerment on more priority. Gujarat chief minister smt Anandiben Patel extended the financial assistance to women beneficiaries at a program organized by Gujarat Scheduled Caste Development Corporation. State is celebrating women empowerment fortnight and CM did this to take this celebration one step ahead.

Chief minister Smt Anandiben Patel distributed cheques to more than 1059 women beneficiaries across the state. If we focusing the total than around 8 crore amount cheque is distributed. During her speech she also shared various successful stories of sakhi mandal who earn the money and helping their families.
