Gujarat Government Celebrates School Safety Week

Gujarat Government is preparing the next generation for converting challenges caused by the nature calamities into opportunities. Gujarat Government is first and takes a unique step to celebrate school safety week. Under this program, Government gives training to more than 52,206 teachers. These teachers provide the training to 33,733 schools in Gujarat.

Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani launched the “School Safety Week” from June 21 to July 1 through BISEG satellite. Gujarat CM also address the collectors, students, teachers and other government officials. In his speech, Gujarat CM said that children and senior citizens are suffered the most in any nature disaster and Gujarat Government is introduced this with an aim to provide the proper education to the students. He also added that little preparedness against the nature disaster will cause least. Read more.
